Rehabilitation is an essential part of Physiotherapy and aims to restore you to full pre-injury fitness (if not improved) and prevention of recurrence. It is relevant to to all patients not just the sporty.

You will be given a personalised program of exercises which will include specific stretches and strengthening relevant to short and long term goals. These will usually include functional activity and sports specific exercise as you progress. Many programs can be done at home but should you require equipment both sites have access to a gym area which can be arranged.
